Custom Functionality
Add custom buttons, forms, or custom scripts to make your help center more dynamic and engaging. Adding custom JavaScript is straightforward. Simply go to your help center’s settings and paste your script into the dedicated field in your help center settings.
You can paste multiple script tags one after the other, and have multiple functionalities co-existing - like a chatbot and Google analytics.
Remember, with great power comes great responsibility. We recommend testing thoroughly and considering the user experience when adding custom scripts to your help center.
Only add scripts that you trust, as malicious scripts may cause your help center to break or behave in unexpected ways.
