New "Can't Find what you’re looking for?" Button
We've added a handy button to your help center's search bar. When users can't find what they're looking for, they can click this button to tell you about it.
Easy-to-Use Support Form
Clicking the button opens a simple form. Here, users can type in what they were searching for but couldn't find. It's like giving your users a direct line to your support team!
You can use these requests to create support tickets, and keep track of what your help center is missing.
Customizable Form Text
You can change the words on this form to match your brand's style. For example, you might want to say "What were you looking for?" or "Tell us what you need help with." or even change the language of the text. It's up to you!

On/Off Switch
Not sure if you want to use this feature? No problem! You can turn it on or off whenever you want in your settings.
View the requests
Every time someone fills out the search request form, you can view it on your help center dashboard > Insights. This way, you can easily spot what information your users need most.
Email Alerts
Don't want to keep checking your dashboard? We've got you covered! You can set up email notifications to get these requests sent straight to your inbox.
Why This Matters
